L3 comes with a 3MP camera, 800 MHz processor, 384MB RAM and 1 GB internal memory all running at 1500 mAh battery. OS will be Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and we doubt it will get updated ICS.
Dual-SIM variant of the L3 is almost identical to its predecessor single-SIM, but only a hardware home button being replaced by four capacitive button instead. In addition to the standard three Android, the fourth toggles the active SIM.
LG Optimus Dual L3 budget is expected to rival Samsung Android forays into dual-SIM market, namely Galaxy Galaxy Ace Y Duo and Duo.
