But gossip 'Nokia Lumia X' which is leaking and their images are undoubtedly many in the design, although claimed to come from one of the Nokia design studio staff. The reason is, arguably turn the camera features a very old school to attend the smartphone.

"Nowadays, there is no need to bring the handset that can be played on any type of phone. Especially if you see the design and shape of fat as in the picture," the report quoted by TechRadar on Tuesday (08/07/2012).

Tech Radar itself stated, the photo looks like a modified using Photoshop, which combines the image display to the user interface of Windows Phone Nokia 3250 mobile phone body.

In addition to the photo looks odd, there is also information on the specifications of the phone, among others, 8 MP camera, AMOLED display Clear Black, Windows Phone OS 8 and dual-core Snapdragon processor S4.

Huawei Ascend P1 has been present in Indonesia

Huawei Ascend P1 has been present in Indonesia - Mobile Android thin Ascend P1 also brought Huawei to enliven Indonesia Cellular Show (ICS) in 2012. This is a stylish mobile phone that is designed with a thickness of 7.69 mm.

Ascend P1 mobile phone display is decorated with a pretty elegant contours. Though appealing, it does not mean the performance of these devices is not good. Huawei Ascend P1 features a dual-core processor speed 1.5 GHz, 4.3 inch super AMOLED touchscreen and Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. PPVD also pinned layer to protect the back of this smartphone so that it can spread the heat evenly and give a three-dimensional metallic design with a smooth texture.

As of the features already embedded 8 megapixel camera and 1.3 megapixel HD on the front with two-LED flash, optimization of HDR effects and video recording capabilities with the HP 1080p. However, Huawei Ascend P1 did not actually come to the ICS 2012. Vendors from China has also brought two other Android smartphone, the G300 and Ascend Ascend Y200.

Design

Side of the taper at the end of the black and white and reminiscent of the design when the person was wearing a black jacket and shirt after the minimalist white front but mewah.Bagian wrapped with glossy colored casing extending from top to bottom of the body Huawei Ascend P1. Shiny color to the body is quite interesting to watch, the design of this design is really - really original and different than the other fresh.

Huawei Ascend P1 has a length of 5 inches and 2.6 inches wide to make it look so great smartphone, and adopts 4.3-inch screen sizes. Overall weight of just 110 g with a thickness of Only 7.7 mm so as to make Huawei Ascend P1 looks seem slim and solid in your hand. For users who like to enter a cell phone kesaku will probably experience some problems due to the large body size and taper.

Huawei makes good decisions with Super AMOLED display, protected by Gorilla Glass. Resolution of 540 × 960-pixel allows us the time to read the writing on the browser. Unfortunately when we look at this screen from the edge of the colors that came out not so good in contrast to retinal display. Huawei is not much mengcustom Ice Cream sandwich of innate features except the home screen lock the circular design that we can pull - pull to select another without having to open the menu key as the home screen, call log, new messages, or camera.

Above the screen there is a size 1.3 MP secondary camera and used for a self-portrait and video chat. Below the screen there are three capacitive navigation buttons to select the menu, home screen, and back. The outer body looks SIM card slot, Micro USB, charger port, and 3.5 handset jack.
Huawei Ascend P1 carries the same body type as the iPhone that has no battery cover called unibody. Users, will not be able to arbitrarily change the battery, it would be difficult when doing the replacement battery if the battery is dropped or damaged.
Price Huawei Ascend P1
When seen from the features and specifications are carried Huawei Ascend P1, it is likely that this handset is aimed at the middle and upper. Price 4-5 million I think was reasonable, given the Huawei is not a new player in the smartphone industry so little hardware quality is assured.

The iPhone was born from the corner of the screen iPad concept

Battle of the Apple / Samsung court is in full swing and this week saw Apple VP Phil Schiller and Scott Forstall testify. Lots of interesting information out of their testimony. Our biggest surprise was not the only Apple is working on a prototype iPad pregnant when they go on the iPhone, but the first iPhone UI concept was born in the bottom corner of what was then a prototype touch screen iPad.
Scott Forstall is Senior VP of IOS Software at Apple and he is one person responsible for the creation of all generations of iPhone, including the first.
In his testimony at the Apple vs Samsung trial earlier this week, Forstall went on to explain how the first iPhone was born.

Reportedly, the engineers at Apple have been working on the concept of the iPad in early 2003 - the first fours years before the iPhone was announced, and seven years before the iPad itself was announced and released. Back then, they've set out to build a "beautiful tablet with no keyboard, no hinges, where you have to fold it like a laptop."
In 2004, Apple executives were having a casual conversation on the phone and out they all hate their phones. So, with Scott Forstall said, that they've got to wonder ...
"Can we use technology that we have done with a touch tablet we've prototyping for this, and we can use for the phone ... So we took the tablets and take a small scrolling list ... We built a small corner of the contact list ... . You can tap on a contact, it will slide over and show information ... It is just amazing. We realize that the touch screen with a size that fits in your pocket would be perfect for this phone. "
Apple does not create a touchscreen mobile phone in any way. Windows Mobile phones have touched on the way. LG even got a name for the first phone to feature capacitive touch screen - LG Prada, announced the day after the iPhone was first released but long before the iPhone made it to market.
Yes, the iPhone is not the first touchscreen phone around but surely revolutionized the industry, eventually leading to death of the physical keys and keyboard. And the most amazing thing is that not only was born of a tablet prototype, but it is the iPhone eco-system that paved the way for the iPad, which along with the other tablet is now revolutionizing personal computing as we know it.

Apple Samsung trial took place, showing prototypes of new iPhone

Apple vs Samsung's second day of trial to go interesting to say the least. After the court denied the Samsung right to make the argument that the concept of Sony is the inspiration behind the design of the iPhone, Korea decided to take matters into their own hands and released the evidence, which had previously been dismissed by the court.
Evidence in question consists of twelve slide show that Samsung could not possibly rip Apple off because they have been working on a device like that months before the launch of the iPhone. Such devices are F700 companies, among others.

However, Judge Lucy Koh has had enough of it and got really annoyed with Samsung actions. He even asked John Quinn, a lawyer leading the Samsung, to write a declaration explaining his role in the excluded evidence to the press release.
Koh judge has rejected the evidence several times. He noted that "Samsung has filed such motion for reconsideration 10," and Quinn even threatened with personal sanctions. This happens after the report, he actually begged the court to reconsider its decision on the evidence in question.

Back to the trial at hand, it became clear that the position of Samsung in all this is that they are not copying the iPhone and that although they may have used some of the technology patented by Apple (touchscreen), it is a violation of Apple's much more important patents owned by Samsung (3G goods).
Charles Verhoeven, Samsung lawyer, claimed Apple did not create a rectangular design with rounded corners (the leakage of evidence removed): "Samsung is not copyists, some Johnny come lately to mock," he added. Verhoeven also go through the list of Apple's patents and threw them aside one by one the reasons why they quote must be issued.
Christopher Stringer, a veteran designer of Apple since 1995, first to take a firm position as a witness. As he continued with his testimony, he revealed much of the initial iPhone and iPad prototype design.
In addition, Stringer said that Apple had "cheated". "This is a huge leap in imagination to come up with something new. That's what we do," added the veteran designer Apple.
Fortunately, TheVerge.com got hold of a prototype image. Check some of them below, and we'll let you be the judge if they resemble anything familiar.

The trial continues today with the testimony of Phil Schiller, Apple Senior Vice President of Marketing Worldwide, and Scott Forstall, Senior Vice President of Apple IOS Software starting at 09:00 Pacific time.

Samsung Galaxy S III update does away with the universal search

Renewal of 'stability' to the international latest Samsung Galaxy S III is no longer lets you search your local data (such as contacts and media files), because of legal pressure from Apple.

This comes after a similar patch is removed from the universal search function variants of Sprint and AT & T of the Galaxy S III in the U.S. a few weeks ago. The driving force behind the downgrade is patented by Apple search features found in Samsung Galaxy Nexus violated, which, as you'll recall, temporarily banned from sale in the United States because of this.

This is somewhat of a mystery why Samsung has decided to remove this feature on the international version as well, since Apple has not pursue any infringement of patents in foreign countries, but most likely a precaution by Samsung, who did not want to hinder III star's record sales.
This update does not mean that we have seen the last of the III's search for local devices, but until Samsung found an alternative, know that the latest firmware version - XXLG6 - does away with this function.

Snapdragon refers to S4 Pro, crush the older chipset

Lucky geeks at Engadget got their hands on the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro MDP (Mobile Platform Developer) and managed to run some benchmarks on it. The Snapdragon chipset in question is the S4 Pro APQ8064 - with quad-core processors and Krait Adreno 320 GPU. It should come as no surprise then that it managed to beat the chipset is now quite easy.

Krait is a new architecture than the Cortex-A9 (which powers the like of the Tegra chipset Exynos 3 and 4 Quad) and even dual-core Kraits usually come close to the quad-core A9 in the test. Brand new Adreno GPU powerful enough, too - it is a new design than the 2xx series.

Android now powers 51.8% of U.S. smartphone, the continued growth

Top analyst firm Nielsen has published its report on the U.S. smartphone market in the second quarter of 2012. Quarter saw continued growth in smartphone as a two-thirds of all new customers choosing a smartphone.
Android continues to be in the lead, powering 51.8% of all U.S. smartphone and 54.6% of the purchased during the last three months. And it is a quarter before the Samsung Galaxy S III was launched.

IOS is another rising platform, with Apple OS accounting for 34.3% of U.S. smartphone and 36.3% of newly acquired. IOS is expected to begin to lose speed in the third quarter 4S iPhone availability, but things would change after the iPhone 5 out.

BlackBerry is the only platform on the Nielsen records and continue to fall free. While the RIM OS is still a force of 8.1% of U.S. smartphone respectable, it only managed a market share of 4% to new customers. This means that it may soon join the dreaded "others" category, formally change the U.S. smartphone market to a two-horse race.

The platform is hoping to qualify for the category - Windows Phone - only managed a market share of 1.3%. Lineup Nokia Lumia still struggling to make an impact, covering only 0.3% of the market, despite heavy promotion of Lumia 900 both by Finnish and AT & T.

HTC powerful phone for Verizon leaks, confirms GLBenchmark

HTC obviously working on a very powerful smartphone. At least that's popular website GLBenchmark tools suggested.
Planned to launch on Verizon's network, the smartphone suddenly have HTC6435 model number, which appears to be a follow-up of Rezound (HTC6425). What is more interesting for us is what exactly is this baby has under the hood.
According GLBenchmark, HTC6435 is powered by a 1.5GHz processor, it may not S4 Snapdragon that X One plume. In addition, the chipset has topped the S4 with more than 110 FPS at 720p test Offscreen Egypt and Pro.

The device tested is thought to have a resolution of 1794 × 1080, which means it will rock 1080p screen with room to spare for some of the onboard software. And another first for HTC.

In order to achieve outstanding results, the mysterious HTC phone to be seriously rigged with top-of-the-shelf hardware. Chipset Qualcomm Adreno 320 GPU MSM8960T to come to mind, but anything is possible.
Currently showing leaked the info that it's running Android 4.0.4, but the Jelly Bean may not be that far.

Sony Xperia SL blue and pink color appears in the press shots leaked

In addition to expected bump in CPU clock speed, SL Xperia (LT26ii) definitely will add some color exclusive to the family of Sony Xperia S.
Blue and pink is the color of choice, making the boys and girls happy.

We wish we knew more about the SL Xperia but all within his rights. A good sense for the launch date of September is the beginning of the IFA exhibition in Berlin. We'll see how it goes.

Samsung plans to unveil the Galaxy Note 2 on August 30

According to Digital Daily Korean Samsung site plans to have an event to unload Note Galaxy 2. That should happen on August 30 - the day before the show starts at IFA Berlin, Germany.
According to the information that the event will start at 19:00 (local time, CET) and will all of the Notes Galaxy 2. For the latest rumors have it, the successor of the Notes will be supported by the chipset Exynos quad core, and will feature 13MP cameras will actually become narrower even bigger screen, 5.5 ". Android 4.1 Jelly Bean had to turn all of them.

With the original Galaxy official records at last year's IFA, it is only logical for a replacement to arrive at the same event a year later. However, Samsung decided not to bring the Galaxy S III for MWC earlier this year, so there's always the chance that Korea will have separate events for other devices they are also key. It's good this does not happen, though.
Of course, we will be onsite covering note Sasmung Galaxy 2 announcements directly to you, so be sure to keep an eye on our homepage when the time comes.

Samsung Notes Galaxy plagued by problems with the display

Note Galaxy has enjoyed quite smooth sailing since its launch late last year, but it's not perfect trouble-free device. It turns out that the 5.3 "display phoneblet plagued by problems, only recently discovered by the XDA community.
This problem consists of black clipping and appeals in the photos and video, which has a dark shadow. According to one owner of the Galaxy notes, which got in touch with us, the problem is most likely due to error or kernel-level software for Gamma calibration is affected by poor on-screen.
The following video shows the problem. Note the blown patch that appears in dark scenes.

We have not seen an official statement from Samsung about the problem as well as information about a potential fix.

It is said that a picture of the next generation iPhone leak

We have seen leaked images of next generation iPhone before but they just come back from an aluminum shell.

Today, we have what looks like a completely assembled device was placed next to the current iPhone 4S. As before, this device was again pointed at the screen, larger screen. We can see the edge to edge glass on top and a black aluminum body on the side.
The pictures are also denoted with the tone of the previous two back, with a plastic / glass at the top and bottom and aluminum in the middle. In this case, however, again apparently from a single color. Below have also been redesigned with a connector, dock-new smaller, large grille for speaker and microphone and headphone jacks, which have been moved to the bottom.
As often happens, one should take this with a pinch of salt. However, these are some pretty convincing images. We will see more of this as the next generation iPhone launch is getting closer.

Look out for Windows 8 Phone soon

Welcome Windows 8 Phone

Aloha,

A billion people cannot be wrong; Windows 8 Phone is based on Windows OS.

Windows 8 Phone was officially announced today and it will be available at a kiosk near  you by the end of the year.

Windows OS is used by more than a billion people and the new Windows 8 Phone is built on this rock-solid foundation. Windows 8 Phone will have the same attractive common feature set as Windows 8 related to:
·         Networking
·         Security
·         Media and Brower technology
·         File system

Look at this gamut of features that the new phone will usher:
(The following taken from the blog: )

·         Multi-core processor support: As reviewers have noted, Windows Phone runs buttery smooth on phones with a single processor. But piggybacking on the Windows core provides support for multiple cores—so we’re ready for whatever hardware makers dream up.

·         Bigger, sharper screens: Windows Phone 8 supports two new screen resolutions—1280x768 and 1280x720, opening the door to amazing new handsets with high-definition 720p displays.

·         More flexible storage: Windows Phone 8 supports removable MicroSD cards, so you can stuff your phone with extra photos, music, and whatever else is important to you, and then easily move it all onto your PC.

·         NFC wireless sharing: If you haven’t heard the term “NFC” yet, I’m betting you soon will. This emerging wireless technology lets phones share things over short distances. In Windows Phone 8, it helps make sharing photos, Office docs, and contact info easier—just tap your phone another NFC-equipped device. How cool is that?

I              If you have not heard of NFC please review my previous post.  (not from blog)

·         Internet Explorer 10: The next version of Windows Phone comes with the same web browsing engine that’s headed for Window 8 PCs and tablets. IE10 is faster and more secure, with advanced anti-phishing features like SmartScreen Filter to block dangerous websites and malware.

·         Wallet: Windows Phone 8’s new digital Wallet feature does two great things. It can keep debit and credit cards, coupons, boarding passes, and other important info right at your fingertips. And when paired with a secure SIM from your carrier, you can also pay for things with a tap of your phone at compatible checkout counters.

·         Better maps and directions: Windows Phone 8 builds in Nokia mapping as part of the platform. Our partnership will provide more detailed maps and turn-by-turn directions in many countries, plus the ability to store maps offline on your phone so you can work with maps without a data connection.

·         Cooler apps and games: Basing Windows Phone 8 on the Windows core will unleash a new wave of amazing apps and especially games, for reasons I’ll touch on in a moment.

Together with the release of Windows Phone 8 there appears to be Windows phone 7.8.

The reason for this is to assure the Windows 7 (7.5?) users that they can use the same start screen as Windows 8. It appears Windows 8 will not run on existing hardware.

What a pity, just as I was getting used to my Samsung Focus with Windows 7, Microsoft pulled the rug under my feet.:@

How many apps on Windows 8 Phone?

Well it looks like 10,000 and counting. The number is really immaterial, what matters is their usefulness.

Here is a quick scoop for developers. Sure, you get all the needed stuff:

·         Native Code Support
·         In-app purchase
·         Integrate Internet calling
·         Multitasking enhancements

Well, of course there will be an SDK as well. That should satisfy your thirst!

I suppose this will all encompass all bits and piece , Skype, PayPal, Twilio and many others.

RIM reported a fiscal Q1 results, layoffs and product delays lay ahead

RIM announced its Q1 results for fiscal 2013 at this time. Canadian BlackBerry maker reported a net loss of all $ 518 million on $ 2.8 billion in revenue. The latter is down 33%, compared with the previous quarter, while net loss was significantly larger than analysts' estimates. The company has shipped 7.8 million BlackBerry smartphone (down from over 11 million in the previous quarter) and 260,000 PlayBooks.

The bad news continues to delay announcing the BlackBerry device from 10 to Q1 calendar 2013. It turned out that the integration of several key features of the OS to the new device has been going worse than planned. CEO Thorsten Heins however, still believe that the device will have what it takes to make it in the ultra-competitive market today.
Additionally, RIM announced that it would cut an additional 5,000 jobs as part of restructuring efforts. This effort is expected to generate cost savings of $ 1 billion.
The company expects times more weight to the front, and another operating loss in the next quarter. You are welcome to look at all the drama of financial reporting in full splendor by hitting the source link below.

Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus got a healthy price drop

We already know that Google Nexus 7 is arguably the sweetest way to get into the realm of Android tablet. As strong as possible, however, the slate can not make phone calls. In the order to ensure you get that base covered in an appropriate manner, Google has cut the price of the unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Google phone will set you back only $ 349 (€ 279, £ 224) direct from a store Play Google, without any contract commitment. Cash will make your version of HSPA + penta-band smartphone with 3G. This means that you can use your device on almost any carrier worldwide.
A price is pretty sweet for the first smartphone to get the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, right? The only drawback is that this deal is only available in the United States. If you happen to be there, you can grab the handset by pressing the source link below.

EXCLUSIVE: Galaxy Note 2 to 5.5

We already know that the successor to the highly successful Galaxy records already in the works and that may feature 5.5 "AMOLED. Now, the source of an insider, we have good reason to believe has sent us a tip, said the screen size is now confirmed.
Note Galaxy 2 it will sport 5.5-inch Super AMOLED and designs inspired by the flagship smartphone Galaxy S III. Interestingly, despite the larger screen size than the original Notes, Note 2 to the actual width is reduced as compared to its predecessor.
Here's a quick mock-ups are made of how Notes 2 might look if viewed from this new information.

Even more interesting, the release date of the Note 2 has been moved to September, not previously reported in October. The reason for the switch is Samsung's desire to bring Note 2 to the market before Apple released the iPhone 5 in October, thus stealing some of the users of the Cupertino-based company.
Rumours of 8MP camera with improved sensors, and 2 GB of RAM, along with new Exynos 5250 chipset, featuring dual-core ARM-15 processor remains unconfirmed at this time.

Lenovo K860 LePhone leaked that features a quad-core Exynos, ICS

Entry device at 185 g and measures 143.6 x 74.5 x 9.6 mm. There's no word yet on whether it will ever be available in European and American markets, but the K860 LePhone have hit China in early August.

Nokia Lumia 800 and 710 get the Extra Camera, more applications

The Lumia Lumia Nokia 900 and 610 have received a few updates that Nokia promised (in the U.S. and China at least) at the summit it is time for the WP and the older duo - who Lumia Lumia 800 and 710 - to get their own. There's a little something for the 900 and 610 as well.

To be clear, a new application available in the U.S. and China for now. They will be released worldwide in July.
Extra cameras include four features - Group Shot Smart (who use Scalado's technology), Action Shot (which did not explode was shot), Self timer and Panorama (the two are pretty obvious).
See this video for more details on Extra Camera.

The Nokia 800 and 710 Lumia Lumia get two other features - Internet sharing (Wi-Fi tethering) and flip-to-silent (mute alarm and fingers by flipping through the phone).
The 900 and 610 already has this feature, but there is something new for them as well. This is called a shared contact, it will be available to all smartphone Lumia, and it lets you send and receive cards via SMS.
Play For an application, which allows DLNA at all Lumias, already available for download.
To install new applications, you Lumia Lumia 800 or 710 must be updated to Windows Phone 7.5 (there is even anyone who has not been updated yet).

Huawei Ascend D quad postponed again, the CPU is to blame

MWC this year saw some really interesting phone from Huawei - icing of the cake would be the Huawei Ascend D quad. The company's new flagship will use quad-core processors homebrewed rather than an NVIDIA chip, TI or Qualcomm sourced.
However, sticking to the chipset itself does not run smoothly Huawei might expect, the quad D has been delayed because of problems with making the processor. Huawei vice president Yu Chengdong say that mass production of mobile phones will only begin in August.
Huawei R & D team has been notified to increase its efforts to fix this problem. However, it would at least until August (maybe even later) before Huawei Ascend D quad for sale.
The delay will also affect the D quad XL (which is a quad D with large 2500mAh battery), but no info on when it will go into mass production.
Thanks to Oliver for the tip!

Sony Xperia U review: Fun united

S Xperia has all the spotlight on himself in a series of NXT, but history has taught us that Sony (and earlier Sony Ericsson) can do wonders in the compact class. In two generations of mini and light Xperia, Japan has provided the package is not in the same price range can beat.

Sony Xperia official U Photos
We're not saying they are perfect smartphone - it's all about cutting the right corner in this class and Sony engineers have proven time and again that they are pretty good at that. U Xperia apparently no exception, judging by a quick glance at the list of pros and cons.

The main feature
Quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE
3.5 "touchscreen 16 million color WVGA capacitive Full resolution (854 x 480 pixels) with the Sony BRAVIA Mobile engine
Gingerbread v2.3.7 Android OS, Android 4.0 ICS updates planned
Dual-core Cortex-A9 1 GHz CPU, 512 MB RAM, chipset NovaThor U8500
5 MP autofocus camera with LED flash and geotagging, multi shots Angle
720p @ 30fps video recording with continuous autofocus and stereo sound
Wi-Fi b / g / n and DLNA
GPS with A-GPS
8 GB built-in storage (6 GB of user-accessible)
microUSB port (charging) and stereo Bluetooth v2.1
Standard 3.5 mm audio jack
Stereo FM radio with RDS
Voice calls
Adobe Flash 11 support
The Facebook integration
Accelerometer and proximity sensor
Transparent line color changes depending on the contents of the screen
Cap is replaced on the bottom allows easy customization

The main disadvantage
Unlimited storage with no expansion options
No Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box
Some competitors leaner
Sony Xperia U spec sheet reads like a high-end devices for the majority of smartphone design with ease and managed to keep pace. Sure it's not the sweetness of the beam Xpera slim, but still good Xperia U compact and transparent strips, which change color to match the contents of the screen, is a cool accent.

Sony Xperia U in our
The catch is obviously very limited internal storage - 4GB for documents and media files and 2GB for applications is what you get out of the box and, if that's a deal breaker, you may have to start looking for other options there is no way around it.
If you think this type of storage (with the help of the cloud may be) would be enough, join us on the next page for hardware examination of what may turn into one of the hottest this season.

Apple iOS 6 preview: First Look

As expected, Apple uses the WWDC keynote the annual event in San Francisco announced the latest version of their mobile platform IOS. The sixth main building of the OS aims to bring the user experience to the next level with not less than 200 new features, services and UI tweaks.

This amount is great, but then again so is the hope of millions of Apple fans around the world. 6 The fact that IOS will only go official on the stack of three months' more pressure on the recent release of the platform. At the point that Android will probably have a Jelly Bean to chew, while Windows Phone will be released Apollo multi-core friendly.

The IOS upgrade 6 key features including Siri, the whole system up and integration of brand new maps with turn-by-turn voice navigation. Already there are many smaller items such as new achievements in Game Center, the new App store UI and music applications, Safari is enhanced with full-screen mode, better Mail, etc.

Complete changelog will come, but first we'll get compatibility issues out of the way. IOS 6 is compatible with the three latest-generation iPhone (3G, 4 and 4S), iPad 2 and 3 and the fourth-gen iPod Touch. The first iPad is not in the list, so if you're still holding on to the original Apple slate, you may want to upgrade eventually.
A few other restrictions apply, too: iPhone 4S Siri eventually lose its exclusivity, but it will only be shared with third iPad. Turn-by-turn navigation and in Maps Flyover mode can only be used on dual-core iDevices - iPhone 4S, 2 iPad, and iPad 3.

Now let's not waste anymore time and get down to testing. We installed the beta release of the iPhone 4S, so that all the impressions of the OS is based on performance. If you have an old-gen Apple smartphone your mileage may vary.

Samsung Galaxy S III U.S. edition of the review: Blockbuster

In fashion, dramatically different from the one from last year, the U.S. version of Samsung Galaxy S III has arrived on the market. There is no waiting, measured in months as in the case of precursor smartphone. This time, Samsung ensures that the flagship will arrive to the most lucrative market in a timely manner.

Samsung Galaxy S III is available for all major U.S. carriers, but all look the same version
The above events but hardly the most important thing about the new smartphone is launched. This handset design and, to be specific, no change, compared with the most impressive I9300. For the first time, Samsung's flagship Android has come to the Land of Free sans cosmetic changes to all U.S. carriers - a big deal any way you see it.

Visual of the U.S. Galaxy S III may remain unchanged, but the internal smartphone has been through a serious makeover. Gone are the Exynos chipset with quad-core CPU and Mali 400 GPU. To play well with 4G network in the United States, Samsung Galaxy S III has received a Qualcomm Snapdragon silicon S4 Krait CPU with two cores, 1.5GHz clock. To ease the pain of losing core duo CPU, Yankee Galaxy S III has twice as much RAM, compared with a global brother.

Here it is a complete list of U.S. bound Samsung Galaxy S III features:

The main feature
Quad-band GSM and quad-band 3G support (carrier dependent)
HSDPA and HSUPA support; LTE connectivity (carrier dependent)
4.8 "16M-color capacitive AMOLED touchscreen Super HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution; Corning Gorilla Glass 2
V4.0.4 Android OS with TouchWiz launcher
1.5 GHz dual-core CPU Krait, Adreno 225 GPU, Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 chipset, 2GB of RAM
8 MP autofocus wide-angle lens with LED flash, face, smile and blink detection
HD 1080p video at 30fps
Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n
GPS with A-GPS connectivity, GLONASS support, Digital compass
16/32GB internal storage, microSD slot
Accelerometer, gyroscope and sensor distance
Standard 3.5 mm audio jack
microUSB port with USB host and TV-out (1080p) support, mhl, charging
Stereo Bluetooth v4.0
FM radio with RDS
Great audio quality
Super thin at only 8.6mm
Secondary video call camera 2MP
Full Flash for web browsers
NFC support
Document Editor
Comes preinstalled file manager
Very rich video and audio codec support
Impressively large 2100 mAh battery

The main disadvantage
An agency with questionable aesthetics
There is no dedicated camera button
S does not sound nearly as functional as advertising might lead you to believe
As you can see above, the U.S. Galaxy S III ticks every box Android users the power to imagine. Smartphone is simply loaded with talent - both in terms of hardware and software.
For you, a rush to bash dual-core CPU from the handset, we recommend that you wait until after we walk you through the reference value. Chances are that your fears are unfounded. We have put the latest Qualcomm silicon through its paces, and found it to be quite passionate. In addition, 2 gigs of RAM and LTE or 42Mbps HSDPA connectivity is not exactly a bad tradeoff.
The design is entirely a personal taste issue. We can prove however, that the smartphone will easily grow on you over the seriousness of the brief.

Samsung Galaxy S III U.S. version of the live photos

Here's why WP current phone will not get Windows Phone 8

Microsoft caused a lot of excitement when they announce Windows Phone 8, but also a lot of disappointed when it became clear that the new OS will not come to the current crop of Windows Phone devices.
There is a reason for it - two OS may look similar on the outside, but inside they are very different. The new core allows so many cool features (multiple core CPU, better graphics) divided by 8 RT Windows (Windows NT-based) and not Windows Phone 7 (based on Windows CE, the same as Windows Mobile).
Senior marketing manager for Microsoft Windows Phone, Greg Sullivan, said that it is not possible to port WP8 on older devices, but the cost of doing so would be very high and very little benefit - WP8 allows multi-core support, screen resolution than high, NFC, microSD card support and so on, no one will make a difference on legacy hardware.
What they get (as part of the update Windows Phone 7.8) is the new home screen - it's the most noticeable changes in the OS and will truly benefit the current Windows smartphone phone.
Users who move to a new version of the OS will get to keep using their Windows Phone 7 applications such as who will work in WP8. There is no backwards compatibility for WP8 new applications are developed though, and nothing can be done about it - ie, Adreno 205 just will not cut it for a game aimed at S4 Snapdragon (which packs a Adreno 225 or 305).
